Based on what you say you listen to while biking, I'd recommend Eyes of Verotika, In Loving Memory, Sinking Steps Rising Eyes, and when you're in a patient mood, maybe listen to some The Fall of Efrafa and Suffocate for Fuck's Sake.

One of my absolute favorites, always in my top five. Few records have that sense of flow and long-form structure. One of the members watched me play Castlevania on twitch one time and as crappy as that stream I did was, it's a fond memory.
