Flesh Born totally killed it at Skeletal Lighting Fest. So glad to have witnessed it.

start with two things:

1. learn chords (the standards as well as power chords)

2. learn to play in time (gain the ability to play along with a drum beat)

i like the inclusion of heavier and more traditional elements along side the chaotic nature of the songs.

on punkrockvideos.com it just says "9/7/97 wilkes barre, pa" , which was probably the show we played with them.

wilkes barre fest was always in july, never in september.

my bad, that show was summer of 1997.

I played with them sometime in the spring of 1997 at club soda pop in Wilkes barre, pa. Lineup was youandi, mid Carson July, cursive, jejune, the get up kids and mineral.

I remember being terribly disappointed in mineral's live show. It lacked energy and enthusiasm.
