Yeah, if you asked me I'd say Ten Thousand Leagues, Alexander Korda, For Want Of, Lord Snow, Beau Navire, and Living & Wrestling are the very few new screamo bands worth listening to. Everything else is that "we don't really listen to screamo we just like The Smiths but we play screamo anyways" garb...
