I saw them at Fest 8 and got wacked in the face by some guy's dreads over and over again.

thats almost a bizzaro torture world, where you get to watch ampere live, but are then repeatedly beaten with matted coils of hair. reminds me a lot of my first shows i would go to that were basically random hardcore bands mixed with metal bands. Every time without fail, there was that one metal-head shitty-mustache-havin dude with cousin it hair that would with the bob of his head, remove eyes, layers of skin etc. with deadly accuracy.

my prediction for ampere this upcoming year:

midwest: 0 dates because of fuckall karma caused by me moving from cali to missouri in '05. i want to drown in la shows with all the other nasty kids.

I kind of want to email them now, saying that I'd be intersted in getting them to come to Milwaukee and possibly point them in the right direction for other Midwest dates. But, I feel like they would never get back to me and it would lessen the chances of them coming to the Midwest. Meh.
