I just bought the Heroin 7" and it's packaged in a Trader Joe's paper bag.

Radiohead - The King of Limbs.

Comes in a wrap (like a magazine in a store) - 2x10 Clear vinyl
The lyrics/liner notes/bunch of other shit are printed in a Newspaper broadsheet
Also comes with 365 small pieces of "art" on a weird board. (looks like LSD tbh)

comadre burn your bones 12" has clear packaging, pretty neat
make do and mends end measured mile has a neat gatefold set up with a stencil of a tree cut out in the middle
explosions in the skys take care, take care, take care folds out four ways.

i probably have some other records with neat packaging but thats all i can think of off the top of my head that hasn't already been mentioned
