If it makes you feel better, in Boston, or in Massachusetts entirely for that matter...
all punk (studed jacket / covered in patches) bands are trying to fall into that whole "Bastard/G.I.S.M. / Gauze" sound in that they are trying to be as fast and hard as the next band. I love the aforementioned bands, but when you get so many carbon copies, it gets kind of annoying.
That and every band is trying to be like Touche. Again, I'm friends with some of the members so by obligation I feel the need to support them to some degree. The fans on the other hand, not really my cup of tea, but to each his/her own.
This is why I'm so happy my band sounds nothing like any of this crap
an observation about this whole 'skramz' thing.
