they played in memphis in 2007 and i thought they ruled live.

I saw the Locust live quite a few times between 98-99. Both as a 5 piece and 4 piece. I didn't really listen to anything of theirs since the first LP. A few years back I did by the Ipecac EP. Still pretty solid. I missed the whole costumed era of the Locust.

I saw them during the 2007 Exclaim Agressive Tendencies Tour. They were really amazing (but I'm a huge Justin Pearson fan). It was funny to see all the kids that were there for Despised Icon left before the Locust (and some stayed and left after 5 minutes).
My friend toured with them (he plays in the Discord of a Forgotten Sketch) and he told me that they're all really awesome and nice guys.

I'd see them again anytime and I'd love a new album soon. But I really love the other bands Justin is working on.

I thought All Leather sucked. I saw them with Horse the Band and it was awful.

I saw Retox recently. I thought they were a damn good live band. Some meathead kept heckling them and flipping them off. So Justin spit on him. It was pretty funny. I just read an interview with Justin and he said Locust is on "hiatus". So I'm sure they'll be playing/recording again at some point.

Yo does anyone have that video of them (I'm pretty sure it was the Locust, it may be another band but I'm like 95% sure it was them) playing their last song and it turns into a dance party where all of the members jump off stage and pretty much congo line through wherever it was they were at? I think I found it a while ago on here but searching has been fruitless.

Also, they're playing at FYF this year. Cool beans
