Underrated Screamo Bands

Couldn't agree more. I have been on a HUGE vidablue/ten grand kick as of late. I never got to see them live because I was too young. But, I have been finding all of these old videos of their sets and been listening to stories from people that were in bands with Matt. His stuff is the greatest. Though, I have to say, as much as I love Ten Grand (and boy do I love them) I actually kind of like Matt's other band Brazil a bit better!

Oh yeah. I listen to that a ridiculous amount. Some of the most heartfelt music I have ever heard. My buddy was just telling me about him doing live shows as Let's Drown Each Other and everyone in the room would just be tearing up and crying because he would just put so much of himself into those sets and would just break down.

I'm in a band with the old drummer from Brazil and he has a bunch of unreleased Brazil practice demos and stuff. I'm going to try to get a hold of it and throw it up online.

Oh, yeah. I'm on there all the time. That Ten Grand set you have from Gabe's is awesome. I listen to it quite a bit.
