there's no real good reason dude, people are just being trolls. the band has talent, they just attract lame-os to the genre.

They're an over-produced band of a DISSONANT music genre. The vocals are terribly... what's the word... overdone? I dunno, they just suck. I would hardly call the last release(s) Screamo, and for being an Experimental band they still suck because of what their "Screamo" influence does to their music. Don't get me started on the lyrics. Just overall, the band isn't good in comparison to any other Screamo band ever. The only pride they have is some nifty tunes from their first releases, and some songs with some technicality to their usually bland instrumentals. With that said; even BMTH has some some nifty tunes from their first releases, and even some songs with technicality.

CTTS is overrated. But it's not THAT bad. Most people seem to come to that conclusion by comparing it to actual screamo bands but whoever said CTTS is skramz? That said, I think it stands on its own merits just fine.
