I like them when used sparcely. La Dispute just spams the shit out of it. I Would Set My Self on Fire for You was probably my favorite band that used it.

It's cool but gets tiring if you listen to it too much. I find that bands that stick to just screaming without letting me hear the dude's actual voice last the longest in my rotation.
Also Kite Flying Society did it best.

Elle is keeping talking parts legit in 2019, only one I know of currently doing it right
