something specific or just life getting you down?
sometimes just sleeping too much or going through the motions, having no direction/purpose, or even just repetitive boring life... that shit gets you feeling depressed and funky. lame.
check this out: sunshine, outdoors, exercise! (people said jacking off, sex combines both:P), take vitamin d (sunshine again) and if you're iron deficient that can make you feel down/lacking energy. routine, wake up same time every day, like 10am is good then you feel like you accomplish things or get the most out of the day. getting away from the computer can be key. activities pretty much cuz sitting around bored or whatever usually kills your mood. going to the movies with friends is usually a good time (i hear toy story 3 rocks

just some ideas... mostly it's probably a matter of breaking out of the routine you're in that is getting you down, just change it up?
