Silverstein sucks, The Wave sucks (touche amore, la dispute, pianos become the teeth, all of it, no remorse for that crap), IRL sucks. Skram life is the only thing that matters.

Silverstein nor dgd have fry screaming, if that is what you mean by "fake." Silverstein are all around 30yrs old and grew up with hardcore and screamo, apparently that translated into covering orchid. You could feel embarrassed for them, arguing they are ignorant as to what their band is, or they are just covering it because they want to, dont care, and enjoyed doing it.

I was a Silverstein fan when I was thirteen. It kind of makes me laugh that bands like this can STILL SOUND THE SAME ALMOST TEN YEARS LATER. You'd think they would stop for a moment and say something like, "gee... We're all adults now. Maybe this stuff we're doing is played out. There are 12 year olds at our shows."

I think this is why they're doing this album. They're finally off Victory and can do what they want.

I find humor in the bands they claim influence by, especially since they sound so far removed from those genres. Obviously done for some kind of publicity or some such, but covering destination: blood doesn't make you skramz commander, they could at least cover some deep tracks, goddamn.
