Workout Music

Post by Gnarlin Gnartree »

Looking for some suggestions to music to workout too. I know some fellow CMHWAK'ers pump the iron. Extra points for skramz that are lift compatible.

my shuffle playlist right now has the following:

"broken ties...spoken lies" - shattered realm (this album doesn't leave when i change it up.)
"testing the limits of infinite" - reign supreme
"cold blue" - hope conspiracy
"irreversible disintegration" - abnormity
"repulsive display of human upholstery" - short bus pile-up
"love let me go" - more than life
"on my own" - crunchy black
"superbad: return of boosie bad azz" - lil boosie

A GOOD MIX.

according to this weight lifting blog my band Chest Pain "is perfect for anything that needs to be done fast and fucking hard- like high rep pullups or dips, and could work well for shorter-duration lifts for time." They give honorable mention to Minor Threat. LOL

Get ripped to Chest Pain, btw way my band is full of scrawny nerds. http://chestpain.bandcamp.com
