Yeah, if you asked me I'd say Ten Thousand Leagues, Alexander Korda, For Want Of, Lord Snow, Beau Navire, and Living & Wrestling are the very few new screamo bands worth listening to. Everything else is that "we don't really listen to screamo we just like The Smiths but we play screamo anyways" garbage.

Good skramz in 2011 is kinda hard to find in the US. I wouldn't say it's people who like The Smiths but more so too much twinkle influence.

If anyone likes Botch I highly reccomend former thieves. They are gaining some considerable momentum.

Can't get into them. I don't think they sound like Botch at all.

Agreed with disliking Former Thieves. Can't feel any energy from them at all.

Code Orange Kids is kind of similar to them, but the rage factor is a lot higher and more fun. http://codeorangekids.bandcamp.com/album/cycles
