I've never gone to the gym, but when i'm on my bicycle I usually just listen to the entire jerome's dream discography start to finish. indian summer at night time with no cars on the streets rules so hard too.

Just got back into the groove of working out. Went out for a run/powerwalk this morning and listened to Converge. I feel that, in terms of skramz, I would put:

New Loma (maybe even just Trilogy 4-6 on repeat)
Jeromes Dream
Love Lost But Not Forgotten
certain tracks from In Loving Memory
Daïtro (fight me)

But I usually listen to something igna'ant I'd never listen to anywhere else, a la Hatebreed, Trapped Under Ice, Subzero... Gimme dat ignance

So mad at this duplicate thread. But agreed on IV. It was made to be used in the gym.
