We are close to finally releasing the record that I started recording a year and a half ago. This is the first release where we have had 2 guitarists. This is also a collaborative record with members from a bunch of our friends' bands playing parts: Pulling Teeth, Wits End, Empire! Empire!, Two Knights, Page France, Sleep Bellum Sonno, Warren Franklin, and a whole bunch of other bands.
This is a split label release between Adagio830, Count Your Lucky Stars, and Sea of Tranquility. As of right now, CYLS is the only label that is taking preorders, but if either of the other labels decide to take preorders then I'll make sure to post them here.
Here is the link to the preorder:

We also recorded a music video for one of the songs.

We also will be getting some cds imported from Russia in case anyone on CMHWAK still is into cds, haha. I'll let you all know when I get those and have them up for order.

I'll probably wait for Adagio. shipping from the US is too expensive.
who of the Wits End guys are on this?
also, how have you been Brendan? (this is Alexander)

Hey man! Things are going pretty well. I'm about to finish with my master's degree, which is pretty ridiculous. I'm totally ready for summer break.
Tules and Kjetil are both on the song that I posted the video of. Kjetil does the vocals that we pretend that the bassist does and they both have guitar leads. Tules also did some ambient/atmospherics during the instrumental part in the middle, but they are pretty quiet in the mix. It sounded real wonky when they were loud, but I think it is perfect when you feel them more than you hear them.

Yeah, I got my copy a few days ago and this is just wonderful. At first I was skeptical about a band like this being so ambitious lyrically, thematically, etc., and was worried it would just end up as a mess of ideas. It didn't, it all flows so nicely. It will not be leaving my turntable for a while.
So awesome, the last song in particular is great, so hopeless and hopeful.
