minus my band, my area reall doesn't have any "locals"
however my favorite MI bands located not too far from here are The Truth About Dream (holla) and The Reptilian.
both very solid acts. I'm playing with xTTADx and am stoked!

10,000 Leagues is fucking rad, but everyone knows them. Maybe you haven't heard the new demo yet, I don't know.

Speaking of truth about dreaming... I should probably put out the interview I did with Nolan forever ago...riderofbrohan wrote:minus my band, my area reall doesn't have any "locals"

This is the only local screamo/emo band I've ever had that I really liked.

They're sort of emo, but modern style emo and not 90s in any real way. They sort of sound like a chiller Toru Okada I guess. They broke up, but you can still get the vinyl from a few distros for cheap.
We also had this band. More chaotic, more screamo, less interesting (imo).

These guys are fucking great musically, but it always pisses me off when good bands have EXCEPTIONALLY bad lyrics.CitizenOfUlysses wrote:backed fucking hard.enfant wrote:http://thediscordofaforgottensketch.bandcamp.com/
