Summer Plans?

Summer started in Texas 2 months ago. I figure the point in summer when my house is unbarable without a/c is when summer truly has begun.
1. I've been jobless all summer and broke hopefully I can find a job.
2. Recording for my band Chest Pain
3. Swim at the lake alot
4. Write more music for my band For Want Of
5. Play lots of shows

crazy, i'm also in a powerviolence band as well as a screamo band that i write most of the stuff for. chest pain and for want of are so sick!! also jobless, so i'm hoping to get on that. got an interview on monday though.

but yeah.. here it goes

1) collect all usurp synapse vinyl
2) go to toronto and see arab on radar
3) obtain a steady job
4) get new gear
5) buy a van

Awesome, we should meet Chest Pain is playing in Montreal and Toronto in September. The dudes from Endless Blockade are setting up our Toronto show, we still need some people to set up a Montreal show. Do you live near Montreal or know people who set up shows for power violence bands there?

Dude I've been listening to For Want Of. Pretty awesome. I think it's because of that one thread here about your 7" or some rec thread.

already this summer:
went to thailand for 3 weeks. worked in a hospital there. study buddhism. lived with the monks. did a ton of cool shit.

continuing this summer:
1. work
2. continue to learn thai
3. play video games (currently: dragon age/super street fighter 4, taking a break from demons souls)
4. get more tattoos?
5. go camping?

Try to learn how to play the drums with just the two drum sticks and drum pad I have at my disposal.
