Fugazi's Red Medicine and Orchid's Gatefold have getting spins from me lately. Plus I've been finding the time to listen to Arse Moreira quite often in the past month.
be excellent to one another

In a mad Usurp Synapse phase.
While I'm waiting to find a copy of Usurp Synapse's 6" I've ordered Disinformation Fix, so I'll be playing the fuck out of that.
But right now I'm loving An Aspirin, An X-Ray.

I've been listening to a lot of this band recently. Wild Japanese screamo that is chaotic and technical, but not in the way you're thinking.

Also a lot of old post-hardcore/noise rock bands not connected to emo: Husker Du/Scratch Acid/Big Black/etc..
