Underrated - Panthalassa, Ravachol(already said them but theyre seriously the best band of 2012).

Overrated - Mahria, Loma Prieta, We Were Skeletons

I understand it just fine.

Mahria has never really sounded good. Loma Prieta new stuff sucks and We Were Skeletons I have never really enjoyed.

This is all just my opinion, which is what I thought this thread was for.

I've never seen Mahria live, how are they? The S/T tape they put out is probably the material I like the most.

WWS is pretty awesome live. Don't get me wrong, their recorded material is good, but watching them play live is like watching all the parts of a well oiled machine work in perfect harmony.

under- lord snow, adaje, 10,000 leagues, coma regalia, capacities, mahria, meat mist, zona mexicana, no babies,

over- touche amore (these guys have always been nice to me and i do enjoy how silly their live shows get, and i mean silly in a positive way, and i think they are a really hard working band, just not a fan of the recordings at all) la dispute (i'm sorry i really don't get why anyone likes this band), full of hell, code orange kids, pretty much all the slow noisy mosh hxc to come out recently (except gag, they ruled), also the last two years here in Austin D-beat has blown up and besides the stuff i liked when i was 18 its all horrible to me.

My original list forgot Grinding Halt. Their new stuff just keeps getting meaner and meaner. I think they're even better than Shikari, and I might fight someone over it.
