I think that Code Orange Kids is/are pretty overrated, though that's just my opinion. Chances are they aren't my cup of tea.
I'd say that The Book of Dead Names, Matsuri and On the Might of Princes are very underrated. Granted, OtMoP gets praise, but not that much.

I have never heard them, and with the amount of boring people I've seen bigging them up I don't have any intention to.
