I feel sad today guys. My grandma died yesterday. My mother told me in an email, a frickin email. Of course she's probably doing a lot worse than I am. She was my only one. I found out as I was laying next to my boyfriend in his bed, he held me tight and I cried in his arms. I remember when I was 7 years old an armed man tried to mug my grandma and she knocked him flat on his ass and the man was later arrested, and embarressed for being beat by a 76 year old woman. She made the best macaroni salad ever. I know she went peacefully but... Fuck I can't stop crying.

Huge bummer, man. My grandmother died on friday but yours sounds way cooler than mine. I got told in person, but my uncle is some specialist in acoustic engineering for a company that does contracts for the military. Long story made not quite as long, he's in a submarine in the sea of japan until this friday when he'll get the news in email form before his 16 hour flight home.

I recommend the maximillian colby/shotmaker split. It's what I've been listening to.

Sorry for your loss too, death can be a very difficult situation to deal with, especially if you were close to the recently deceased. Things in my life have been fairly tough lately and finding out about my grandmas passing happens to be that terrible cherry on top of my sundae. So far I've been doing a crummy job at coping with this and the waterworks just seem endless. I know I'll get through this but it's just... It feels like a lifetime away.

I've been listening to tons of Toru Okada and Et Tu Brute and Suis La Lune lately. All have been treating me well while I've been down in the dumps.

You know when life is really shitty and you really just don't want to participate anymore? Yeah
