#12 are not pure sass but def sassy
as for your assertion that all sass is untalented, lolwat bro? and putting #12 as some super srs art project when compared to blood brothers is just insane. #12 are totally whitebelt. blood brothers have way more merit as a srs band.

Re: The Historiography of Sass
Agreed Shawn. They started as pretty straight Mathcore done very well IMO then they progressively got a little more sassier and jazzier. Which I kinda bailed on.
That blood brothers video I posted the one guitarist is just strumming open and not even fretting any notes WTF?!. I think I don't like Sass because you had to either have ADD or pretend to have it
I heard the drummer from Reversal of Man was supposed to be a real cunt of sassy human being too. Any truth to that or all internet rumor?
Also didnt mean to say that sass musos weren't' talented. I worded it wrong is all. I never call anyone untalented as you don't need talent IMO. Play whatever you want as sloppy as you want as long as its good and it has passion I'll most likely applaud it.

but the point I was making is that if you listen to a trillion barnacle lapse or the latter blood brothers stuff, you'll find that they absolutely know their shit. those dudes can play.

Re: The Historiography of Sass
I honestly haven't listened to too much sass aside from the Blood Brothers, so this article is great for me. I've been getting into a lot more of the stuff.
