I saw CTTS recently and they didn't play nearly that long. I'd say 45-50 minutes tops.

i saw them three nights in a row.

chicago - they played for about 75 minutes, then did a 10 minute encore.

skeletal lighting fest - 90 minutes (but they played on the floor, which was kind of cool)

milwaukee - 90 minutes, but mostly did old stuff.
