I don't really listen to skramz when i lift. I listen to heavy stuff/stuff that turns me the fuck up.

I like to listen to;
Admiral Angry - Buster
Nails - Abandon All Life
Code Orange - I Am King
Abominable Iron Sloth - Their self titled and The Id Will Overcome
And, of course,
Limp Bizkit - Significant Other, and Chocolate Starfish.

Skramz never really got me going for lifting. I squat to bernadette protti by seeing means more sometimes. it gets me going.

Lifting to Break Stuff by Limp Bizkit has been scientifically proven to increase your deadlift by 400%.

My friend works out to skramz tunes and the one band he likes to work out to a lot is Age Sixteen.I think when it comes to lifting you should go with heavy stuff like klefmop said.With running you should go with emo bands like Christie Front Drive or Knapsack.I like to go for a run around the park with Knapsack playing on my iPod.It's such a good feeling

This is the best song for running. Put this shit on repeat and you will run literally until you die.
