in theory, it could be because part of skram life is getting really buff. you could use female lifting to build muscle. the problem with this is that unless you go to the fat farm, youd be lifting around 100lbs and that is not really enough. anyone lifting that little is not in the skram mindset and are not on the tru skram life path.
