Is this still a thing?

Post by FANTASTIC WOUND »

Older abesnt poster here. Just wondering if people still converse on the forum. I'm missing the heyday circa 2004 to 2009. Any other older members about? I miss keegs and bigmin (FUCK Orinda).

Glad there are some other old folks. Whatever happened to Matt with a line or other Matt? How about Joey and his fat sister? I imagine bigmin by now is some sort of real estate asshole, but what about the rest of the Orinda fags? Sloth and DAP? Did everyone just grow out of this? I feel pathetic at 30 never feeling able to move on from my teenage music tastes.

I think I'm just having a mid-life crisis or something, trying to reclaim my youth. But I'm so out of touch with the music I used to value, could anyone remind/recommend me bands from back in the revival heyday, circa 2000-2005? I lost the 63,000 odd songs I had meticulously sought, obtained, and categorized off slsk as a hobby when I was younger, so there's all these vague memories of bands I used to be interested in but I have no way of figuring out who exactly it is I'm thinking of. Can ya'll remind me who was in vogue back in that era?
