Who has the best current screamo scene?

I live in vegas and the scene here is pretty much nonexistent outside of a really awesome band called Caravels( http://www.myspace.com/caravels ).

I want to know which city is killing it on the screamo front.

I wasn't aware that I stated it was. I was just curious about it and thought id give people on here a chance to give recognition to bands from their area of the world.

theres hardly a screamo/emo scene here in the netherlands

I think it isnt happening, I talked to them when they played here a few weeks ago, they probaly are gonna do one show a year..
