^ frivolous, all of that. One of the lamest debates I've ever witnessed on the internet, I sincerely mean that. Talk about e-gos. Besides, it's distracting us from the real issue at hand... people from Maryland still call grinders "hoagies." This MUST be stopped.
Recent internet purchases:
Pre-ordered Boh Nuh-veer, of course
Calculator - These Roots Grow Deep
Fire Team Charlie/Damezumari (1/10 colored cover, it's pretty badass)
Record Store Day purchases:
Pygmy Lush - Bitter River
A Place to Bury Strangers - Exploding Head
Braid - Frankie Welfare Boy Age 5
Estrogen Highs - Friends and Relatives
Also, there was a ton of skramz gold for sale at the Mitch Dubey benefit show a few weeks ago but I was on a tight budget (well, I still am) so I only picked up Ampere/Funeral Diner 9" and Yaphet Kotto "We Bury Our Dead Alive"
I have to say though, FTC/Damezumari split takes the fucking cake.

Went shopping with my buddy on Record Store Day and he swiped the last copy. It nearly ruined our friendship.xdylanx wrote:We Were Skeletons/MNWA split 7"

Re: Recently Bought:
I have the collection Illuminations from Arthur Rimbaud. Pretty good stuff, certainly a good precursor to surrealist literature and art, if you're trying to learn about that movement at all. I highly recommend the book Total Fears: Letters to Dubenka , by Bohumil Hrabal as a follow up to Arthur Rimbaud's works.412Wolfpack wrote:tapes:

I found I Hate Myself's Four Songs at my local record shop. I'm pretty sure it's the first pressing too, it's pretty darn sweet.
