I found the first one from Totem Skin after a quick Google search. It's apparently from a video game, Silent Hill 2: http://silenthill.wikia.com/wiki/Mary%27s_Letter

I found the source for the quote from the Marais song. It's from the movie Crash (2004).
I sadly can't find a video with the sample.
