the other night i woke up on the toilet having the best shit i've ever taken, i'm so pissed i was asleep for half of it. thats what i get for eating cheap ass crab rangoon for supper 2 nights in a row

+ i made some delicious extremely spicy green curry with coconut milk, onions, green onions, broccoli, red and green peppers, mushrooms, garlic, basil, and bamboo shoots served on white rice last night
- my asshole burned when i took my morning shit due to the spiciness of the curry
+ having band practice tonight
- we probably won't start unil like 7:30 and i have to pick my son up by 9 on weeknights

- can't do vocals because we have two shows coming up and my throat is a bit fucked up
