Alright, just to maybe prevent this thread from turning into the trainwreck I think it will be, I'll post my current routine:

A-day

seated DB shoulder press
L-fly
DB shrug
back extension (45 degree, current gym doesn't have the horizontal setup I like :( )
DB row
finger extension work

B-day

incline DB bench
calf raise
leg curl
close grip BB bench
crunch
hand gripper work

C-day

DB bench
leg press
pullups
twisting crunch
hammer curl
timed hold on makeshift thick bar (I just wrap a towel around it)

15 minutes of interval training on A and B days after lifting.

i train. i can't get a handle on eating correctly, however, so that harnesses results.

I don't feel like living past 70 and getting girls is worth it so I don't do any physical activity besides riding bikes.

i'm not actively lifting but a few years ago i was in the 1000 lb club. which is max bench, squat, and dead lift combined to be over 1000 lbs. i'm also 6'6" and 300 lbs i could probably crush most of you.

We have pretty much the same routine expect that I separate shoulders into its own day with some calf exercises along with a day for lower body(besides calfs). I use to get 30 miles a day in on my bike during the summer, but now that its getting colder its not as much fun. I play 2-3 hours of basketball every other day, so I guess that is probably equivalent to running 5 miles or something.

You dudes are making me really miss my bench. All I can do now is longboard around town, run on the treadmill in the garage, and use my little 10lb dumbbells. I managed to make quite a few routines out of those, but nothing like I used to do.

We all need to gather in one spot for a major screamo workout session, fuck stereotypes

Yo Jake, take a look at my food pics on facebook and if you see anything that tickles your fancy I'll hit you up with the recipe and the calorie breakdown.

mulder: clean & jerk, snatch, deadlift, squat?

i used to do olympic lifts for the 6-8 months i did crossfit...they are super-effective and i need to cycle those back in. i'm now finished with school so it's about time i re-dedicated to this and dropped stress weight.

pete: i am usually pressed for time, so i don't get to cook that often...do you make your shit in bulk to have throughout the week?
