my second pregnancy

I went to the doctors two days ago and they said that I was pregnant. This will be my second pregnancy. The first pregnancy was so bad was in and out of hospitals due to being dehydrated and could not keep anything down. I am tired all the time and thrown up a couple times today but my breast is not tender but I am hungry all the time. I am so scared that instead of a baby I have a tumor. What should I do?
