Hello, recently I have started to go on a diet; I am a bodybuilder and noticed that I have a big tummy which means I'm fat. So now I'm trying to loose my weight and have all muscles. Is that possible to eat less and have muscles the same size as I did before when I wasn't dieting? Will my muscles shrink if I loose all the fat by dieting? Please let me have your ideas. Thank you.
