Start a Skramz Zine?

Hey i'm at mesa college san diego right now. Anyone want to put together a shitty skramz zine? Any advice from the more experienced about making zines? Anything is appreciated. Peace.

the best advice i ever got about making zines is to just make zines. go interview some bands, write some bullshit, photocopy it, write the entire thing in word and print it, it doesn't matter, just put _something_ out there -- zines are awesome precisely because no one gets to tell you what makes one good or worth publishing.

if that sounds like useless advice, sorry. i'll gladly trade with you whenever you get something together.

Hear, hear. As the saying goes, "ain't nothin' to it but to do it".

One piece of advice I will offer, however, is to make the layout interesting. Cutting and pasting of paper is always cool looking, and it's the tried and proven formula that people used to use, so why fix what isn't broken?
