i thought i hated touche amore until i seen them live, they're all good dudes. i guess i hate when screamo is represented in the "wrong way".

the only bands i really cannot stand are the current "easy-core" bands like set your goals, four year strong, etc. there have been so many kids here in my city ripping that shit off hard. bad pop-punk riffs with metalcore breakdowns all over the place. i'm somewhat biased because i don't really favor pop-punk to begin with. it's become almost as bad as metalcore was. varsity font is ruined.

a lot of hardcore kids forget that there is a huge spectrum of pop-punk that they are missing out by only listening to "deathcore" breakdowns played on major scales and posi bros. i don't even consider that kind of music pop-punk to begin with. if you are one of them.....just ask Todd from Recess Records to teach you.
