Agree with this, MIWA, and haikus, although I like the latter two.

I hate most band names with female names, like Amanda Woodward, Norma Jean, etc. Generally anything with characters other than letters is stupid, imo...Godspeed You! Black Emperor, Empire! Empire! (I Was A Lonely Estate). I hate the band name Football, etc.

Although I love them and they kind of meant it as a joke, This Will Destroy You is a horrible name.

dubstep "bands" also 100% of the time have TERRIBLE names, too.

there is a local band here called "yo soybean" and it OVERLY annoys me, to the point of blind rage.

nothing in particular comes to mind with skram/stuff that this collective listens to, though. i NEVER liked the name life is a fight, fyi.

FAVORITES: city of caterpillar, ghastly city sleep (those dudes just know how to name their bands), cowboys became folk heroes, jenny piccolo, and though i'll get shit for it/liking them...i always thought hopesfall was a GREAT name.

It seems right now every other band name is something plural. Mixtapes, Organs, Damages, Vestiges, etc.
My sister's friend is in a shitty scene band called Without Words and that pisses me off because it ruins the name of a good Stop and Think song.

there is a local band here called beard of antlers, always thought that was the best name
