This is EXACTLY the same in Belgium. Though I think it may be something between €100-150. Even so I don't think it's an incentive at all, the population seems to be pretty stable. I think it's just because Belgium has a lot of great social benefits

I live in Peru and hate the way we are forced off our own historical course just to suck at trying to develop according to neo-liberalist standards. i still would leave any day for the states or europe so i can go to shows, meet people, form a band, and play in those shows.
