Try and stay awake until you're no longer drunk, or as drunk, then go to sleep.

If not possible; when you wake up, Pepto Bismol and a hot shower, preferably until you vomit.

my routine. 2 glasses of water before bed with 2 multivitamins. wake up, water, multivitamin, shower, more alchohol(bloody mary or just a shot or two). or you could just skip those all together and take an adderol. im kind of a pro drinker, ask Fight Fair. LOL

multi juice. seriously. it has what you need. vitamins, water and faaaaaaaaaaaast carbohydrates. do it. before bed and in morning. or, xxx.

also an emergency hang over cure that should be used sparingly; set alarm for hour before you have to wake up, slam 3 glasses of water and take 8 ibuprofen, then go back to sleep. it works, not really that healthy or good for your body though.

Reminds me of something I read on t-nation once, where this guy would set his alarm early, slam caffeine pills, go back to sleep, let the pills work their magic, then get up and take MAG-10 and work out. Oddly enough this might also work as a hangover cure.

Preventative measures: the clearer the liquor, the better. Less congeners. Also, stay away from mixed drinks and sugared beverages in general. I'm a fan of straight vodka served at room temperature, and it's never done me any wrong, especially the next morning.

Try Sobieski, it's about the same price as Svedka/Smirnoff but far less harsh. As far as pricier brands go, Russian Standard is my absolute favorite. It shits on Grey Goose and all those stupid brands.

^^ adderall helps too. Sadly being replaced on the drug market by Vyvanse, though.
