I prefer working out to silence, which is why I like my school's gym because they don't play any music in there. Most commercial gyms play dance music, which I do not understand and probably never will. I find working out with some form of music playing device on me to be uncomfortable, so I just deal with it if that's the case. It was to the point where I just tuned it out completely.

If I had my way, I'd probably work out to nothing but a soundtrack of Ronnie Coleman saying his Ronnie Coleman-speak things.

YEAAAH BUDDAY!
LIGHTWEIGHT, BABY! LIGHTWEIGHT!

Any time I have ever gone to the gym and listened to music or while going on a long ride or something it has been no-wave or some variant of it. Lots of Arab on Radar and Aids Wolf.

I like listening to shitty metalcore or hardcore. One of my favorites for the gym is the Banner, I don't know why.

Them, Trap Them, Black Breath, Pulling Teeth, stuff like that.
