Don't tell me you don't just wake up one day and think to yourself, "Man, today I feel like driving my car as some weird two-door bread van instead of a coupe!" Pulsar NX, making that dream come true.kevin wrote: but those older pulars are pretty hilarious
Like I said, I don't really have expensive taste in cars, at least not anymore. If I were to be fabulously rich, I'd probably have a garage full of half-finished shitboxes that looked like they came out of Mad Max if it was set 20 years into the future. With that said, I've kind of taken a liking to the following expensive classics and exotics
Cizeta-Moroder V16t. That fluctuating idle is because it is two V8s sandwiched together to make some kind of Frankenstein V16.
A Porsche 904/6
And a Lancia Stratos (Image too huge).
I've also got a soft spot in my heart for late 70s and early 80s production based race cars with the huge air damns, wheel arches, and whale-tail wings. Real hair on your chest type shit. You just don't see that kind of stuff anymore. Modern race cars are the metrosexuals of cars.
The Lancia Stratos was a sick car.

Pretty sure the GTi was an N/A four, not a turbo three, but I've also always wanted one of these.kevin wrote:suzuki swift gti. same as a geo metro, with the 3 cyl engine, but this one has a turbo & probably some other differences
Let's just turn this into a Pulsar NX pic thread. Fucking hate those wheels on that one though.kevin wrote:
and just because.....
I used to own an A60 Celica GT-S non-hatch coupe. The last of the RWD Celicas. I never understood why they never got the same following that the AE86 Corollas did.VitiligoJackson wrote:jackpot!kevin wrote:and can't forget about this one

ah yeah.. just did a little reading. i guess the gti was the 16v 4 cyl, and the turbo 3 cyl model was different. but, i would be into having either onePete > You wrote:Pretty sure the GTi was an N/A four, not a turbo three, but I've also always wanted one of these.kevin wrote:suzuki swift gti. same as a geo metro, with the 3 cyl engine, but this one has a turbo & probably some other differences

Yeah, though mine didn't have roof rack, a shitty paint job, windshield banner, and awful wheels. Mine looked pretty much like this:

What's so goofy about them? Granted the hatchback version was much more common and visually in line with what you'd expect, but the non-hatch had its charm.
I also thought of another exotic that I like, the Rossion Q1, though it is pretty cheap for an exotic:

yeah mainly i wanted to use that one because of the corolla wagon in the backPete > You wrote:Yeah, though mine didn't have roof rack, a shitty paint job, windshield banner, and awful wheels. Mine looked pretty much like this:
they just look 80s future (mainly the non-hatch).. which is kind of cool at the same time. like a delorean had sex with a mustang? i think the front end on the ae86 is better, too.Pete > You wrote:What's so goofy about them? That's probably the best description of their appearance I've come across.kevin wrote:they just look 80s future (mainly the non-hatch).. which is kind of cool at the same time. like a delorean had sex with a mustang? i think the front end on the ae86 is better, too.
What's with you and old Corolla wagons? Puerto Rican?

my cousin has owned two vipers in the past year. i don't know what kind specifically but i know it was damn nice. with the first one, he took some babe on a date then was impressing her by how fast he could go and shit and then he spun out and wrecked it, he got another one about a month later and doesn't drive it. its only to impress the babes. the license plate reads "snkchrmr" my cousin rules, gets lots of ladies
when i die 1,000 birds will fly from my mouth
