Re: Early 90s Emo
I greatly prefer Screamo that came in the later 90s, but of this category, I'm pretty much positive that you can't beat Native Nod and Still Life, particularly From Angry Heads With Skyward Eyes. At least if you can't, I haven't listened to it yet.
Sometimes a wave of feeling sick that starts in my stomach pours out and shoots all over my body until I can feel it making me dizzy. I sit down and my thoughts are circular.

My band, sorry to spam but it might be your sort of thing. If anyone had any bands that sound like Evergreen/The Pine/The Hated that'd rule. I love that combo of poppy basslines, REM guitars, and bad vocals.

p.s split 7" w/ Roger King (Pine etc) coming late this year!

Policy of Three (specifically woodworking 7"), and Ordination of Aaron are easily at the same quality as Native Nod and Still Life.thesilentarmy wrote:I greatly prefer Screamo that came in the later 90s, but of this category, I'm pretty much positive that you can't beat Native Nod and Still Life, particularly From Angry Heads With Skyward Eyes.
