I started listening to Crass for the first time a couple weeks ago..................

I don't agree with all of their politics, but holy shit, they rock.

I'm guessing you didn't hear about them going all metallica on napster with random punk forum sites sharing their music. It's really an interesting situation. Google it.

Carissa's Wierd is the most recent for me. Slept on them for way too long.

I actually really like his voice and his flow but I find most of his beats and song structures are pretty fucked. Like I just want to hear an album of him going hard over some catchy beats, I don't need choirs and full orchestras and shit. Maybe that exists but I got discouraged after the first half of MBDTF.

I think you meant this? I remember reading about it in passing, but I read through most of it today.

Stuff like that... I don't know. A lot of those early punk bands do shit along those lines these days. You could probably substitute every time they say "Crass" in there for "Discharge" and it would be believable.

I dunno, I haven't worked up to mbdtf yet. I've done college dropout, graduation, and 808's and heartbreaks. I think he has a lot of super creative beats, and some that are just trying too hard sometimes?
Well there are a few songs I really like from before, that's what got me to check out mbdtw. I guess I'll check out the earlier albums though, you seem to know your shit pretty well about most things.
