No, some people feel elite because they have obscure knowledge though. Anything you can get for free on the internet like obscure mp3 files is not elite. Elite would be owning a rare record that an internet jockey can't just easily obtain.

Might be of interest to some folks here - There's some relation to Vincent Price's Orphan Death Machine here. Maybe just by label? I can't remember exactly how.

KMO - Grass plots in the shape of nebraska I really have enjoyed.

This blog is neat - Houston we have a problem I haven't dug far into yet, but I've seen the connection to Who Goes There / Us via last.fm so I'm excited to check them out. Particularly stoked on finding Tunes for Bears to Dance to demos and System 2600 stuff. elite? not sure, not important. lesser known? probably accurate.

being at elite skramz show back in the day > having elite skramz mp3s

but

elite skramz mp3s is still more 1337 than pretty much everything.
